VONQ releases intelligent Job Marketing Platform

Rotterdam, 27 October 2015, VONQ, Europe’s leading recruitment marketing firm, has today released its new unique job marketing platform, which offers recruiters access to the largest collection recruitment media channels. Rather than just only a collection of recruitment media channels, the platform will also help recruiters discover the best recruitment media channels for their job. For each job which the recruiter uploads, the platform instantly generates a suggestion with potential channels to use. It gives recruiters a head-start in building a successful recruitment strategy for their jobs.

The launch of the platform comes exactly a year after the Series A investment from Randstad Innovation Fund and Qmulus and gives VONQ the possibility to scale its business beyond the main territories. The initial launch is primarily focused on the Netherlands and the UK, but Germany will follow shortly, once also additional languages are added.

The future of recruitment marketing

Smart algorithm

The heart of VONQ’s Job Marketing platform is built upon the performance data of more than 1,000 recruitment channels and the results of more than 100,000 recruitment marketing campaigns. Based on the target group details, uploaded by the recruiter, such as industry, educational level, etc. a smart algorithm helps recruiters pick the right channels for their job. From there the recruiter is able to build its own dedicated campaign and directly order the selected media channels.
